Delivery and Return
Time period policy for returning or replacing products and delivery:
- The product must be in its original condition and wrapped in the carton as it was when it arrived
- Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunding the amount is done by returning the amount to the same payment method used when purchasing.
- No return requests will be accepted if the period exceeds the permitted period.
- Correcting the error in the order is acceptable if the customer informs the store management within 24 hours from the time of sending.
- In the event that a specific period for delivering the product is not agreed upon, the store management is committed to ensuring that the delivery period does not exceed 15 days from the date of confirming the order and issuing the invoice.
Product return or exchange policy:
- The original invoice.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with the price tag and trademark on it, along with the box or envelope containing the product.
- We will inspect the product to be returned. If it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in a manner convenient for you. A response will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the returned product by the competent team.
- If it is found during the inspection process that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
